WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR EYE EXAM APPOINTMENT
Please call us upon arrival, wear a mask, and await for a staff member to let you into the building and take your temperature. No additional guests are permitted with the patient (minors may have one parent or guardian accompany them). If you have insurance information to update, please let us know in advance.
You may complete your patient paperwork before your appointment.
WHAT TO EXPECT IF SHOPPING FOR GLASSES WITHOUT AN EYE EXAM APPOINTMENT
Please call us upon arrival, wear a mask, and await for a staff member to let you into the building and take your temperature. No additional guests are permitted with the patient (minors may have one parent or guardian accompany them). Please note we might ask you to wait in your car until we have a sanitized area for you to shop. Unfortunately, we are unable to make appointments for this service.
